TRAINING SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the TRAINING COMMAND of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND. Responsibilities You will guide learning programs and manage associated lesson materials used during self-study or facilitation. You will collaborate with learning enablers (self-study), learning facilitators and learning assessors to transition learning designs into informal moments of self-study and formal moments of learning facilitation. You will support learning program assessment efforts to include data analysis and reporting of trends to determine the need for either change or stability across aspects of learning programs. You will review professional journals and emerging and emerging trends in learning trends in learning design to recommend changes or stabilities in Communication Training Battalion (CTB) practice. You will develop materials that enable self-study with accountability. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing analysis of instructional systems and programs; designing, developing, and implementing training curriculum and materials; and conducting training evaluations. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing analysis of instructional systems and programs; assisting in designing and developing training curriculum and materials; and aiding in training evaluations.
