Position Overview
Our client, a fast-growing company in the
Philadelphia Metro Area , is seeking a
Manager of FP&A
to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while providing critical insights to support executive decision-making. This role plays a vital part in aligning financial strategies with the company's goals. The position requires the candidate to work
on-site 4 days a week .
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function , including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Develop and maintain advanced
financial models
to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis.Provide
data-driven insights
to senior leadership to help guide financial strategy and operational decision-making.Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and offer actionable insights to improve profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
alignment between financial plans
and
operational objectives .Manage the
capital allocation process , performing scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.Lead
monthly and quarterly financial reviews , presenting insights and recommendations to senior executives.Support
M&A activities , including financial due diligence, modeling, and integration planning.Continuously improve
FP&A processes
to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Manager of FP&A
or in a senior financial analyst role, ideally within a high-growth company.Expertise in
financial modeling , budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.Strong track record of delivering
strategic financial insights
to support executive decision-making.Experience with
M&A activities
and financial analysis is a plus.Advanced proficiency in financial systems and
Microsoft Excel .Strong
leadership and communication skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Bachelor's degree
in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranging from
$140,000 to $160,000
per year, depending on experience.Performance-based bonus
