Position OverviewOur client, a growing company in the Miami Metro Area, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The Manager of FP&A will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes while providing critical insights to support executive decision-making. This role is essential for aligning financial strategies with the company's overall objectives. The candidate will work on-site 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making and assess business performance.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide financial strategy and operational decisions.Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and offer actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.Manage the capital allocation process, conducting scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Manager of FP&A or in a senior financial analyst role.Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strong experience providing strategic financial insights to support executive-level decision-making.Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior leadership.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.Compensation and Benefits
