Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Configuration Data Management Analyst.
This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Colorado Springs, CO.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Strategic Deterrent Systems Division (SDSD). This role will report to operating Segment Configuration Management / Data Management, and Program Change Engineering Lead and will work directly with Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM-PCE) Leadership in a wide array of tasks associated with configuration and data management disciplines. These tasks include (but are not limited to):
Support Change Management and Data Management Governance and Planning activities.
Support the development and maintenance of Configuration Management and Data Management tools.
Administer change processes and ensure changes are documented in accordance with program requirements.
Control technical baselines and coordinate the development and maintenance of the systems, tools, and environments they are stored in.
Generate reports that provide the status of configured items and the maturity of technical baselines.
Administer Data management Sub-Contractor data ingest and USG contract transmittal activities.
Administer Configuration audit activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
Be responsible for ensuring program data has been approved, distributed, and managed appropriately in accordance with company, sector, and program approved processes.
Administer Data Management principles on CDRL and SDRL information within SharePoint, Teamcenter, and other tooling to ensure data integrity through audit processes.
Possess strong communication skills and be able to communicate with the prime customer and supplier personnel, to support submittals and delivery activities.
Basic Qualifications:
Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Business, or Business Administration Management.
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Preferred Qualifications:
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
Current Active Secret Clearance.
Pay Range: $54,200- $81,200
