Under the supervision of the IT Department Manager, this position will be responsible for assisting across multiple program areas with the goal of becoming generally familiar with Company personnel, procedures, and culture while demonstrating the ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely and proficient manner. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to addressing IT department help desk requests and internal work orders related to hardware and software applications as well as some limited opportunities to assist with the programming of internal Company systems. This position will be expected to interact with all levels of Company personnel and must be approachable and responsive. The position requires willingness to perform a wide variety of assigned duties and work responsibilities may vary from day to day.Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Proficient with MS Windows, MS Office, cell phones, iPads, and printers, and basic networking concepts.Degree in or in the process of obtaining a degree in Information Systems or a related field of study.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have a desire to learn, succeed, set goals, meet deadlines, and be a self-starter while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Benefits:
