This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate with our Pre-Construction and Project Management teams on a variety of high-impact projects. You’ll be at the forefront of the industry, honing your skills and gaining invaluable experience through hands-on involvement in essential tasks, including:Key Responsibilities:Collaboration:

Engage with the Estimating department to gather subcontractor pricing for new project estimates.Scope Analysis:

Review and analyze subcontractor bids to ensure alignment with project specifications.Material and Labor Take-Offs:

Utilize company software to perform detailed material and labor take-offs.Pricing Reviews:

Prepare pricing recaps for senior leadership.Client Engagement:

Follow up on submitted bids and maintain strong customer relationships.Change Order Requests:

Prepare and issue pricing for change order requests.Site Visits:

Visit job sites to build relationships with clients and vendors.Construction Coordination:

Assist in coordinating construction drawings, modeling, and submittal reviews.Field Issue Resolution:

Work with onsite subcontractors to identify and resolve field issues.Fabrication Shop Experience:
