With over 150 SAP professionals, we are one of North America’s largest SAP hubs offering you the opportunity to drive perfection and build a culture of innovation.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:Deliver Projects, Improvements, and System Support across a complex and integrated landscape.Maintain and support CPKC’s SAP (ECC & S/4) footprint in all revenue processes following Service and organizational change procedures. Ensure that all business groups are updated on progress as well.Support the completion of application service requests, provide continual business application support, research transactional issues, identify root causes, and assist with upgrade and maintenance of applications.Interact with the Business Analysis and architecture teams to develop diagrams and models (use case, activity diagram, business process models, etc.) and clearly document functional requirements and business rules.Resolve incidents and defects in SAP applications, lead troubleshooting efforts, and keep collaborators informed of progress.Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24x7 operations.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent experience.Demonstrable experience in SAP implementation, with a preference for more than 1 full project lifecycle with TM, EM or SD.Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining constructive working relationships.WHAT CPKC HAS TO OFFER:Flexible and competitive benefits package.Competitive company pension and/or retirement plans.Employee Share Purchase Plan.Performance Incentive Program.Annual Fitness Subsidy.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:As an employer with North American presence, the possibility does exist that the location of your position may be changed based on organizational requirements.Drug Test Elements:CPKC is committed to the safety and health of its employees and the general public.
