Project Delivery Manager

Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community but around the world.HDR is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our North Carolina Area Transportation Business Group. In this role, we'll count on you to:Assist with the implementation of corporate quality processes while working with project managers or task leads providing guidance in monitoring and oversight of project quality activities.Work with project managers to develop project specific QMP's and ensure coordination between design discipline reviews.Lead QA/QC related discussions during project team meetings.Assist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause, or contribute to, deviations from planned/expected activities and coordinate corrective action plans to address issues.Work with project/client managers to assess and incorporate lessons learned from project reviews and client meetings.Perform other duties as needed.Preferred QualificationsA license/certification.PMP certification.Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments.Good leadership and organizational skills are essential to this role.Local candidates are preferred.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field.7 years related experience.A minimum of 2 years project management experience.Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.What We BelieveHDR is our company.
