Job Purpose
Join our team in Orlando, Florida, as an Implementations Specialist, where you will be pivotal in the successful onboarding of new clients through a comprehensive end-to-end implementation process. This role is perfect for a professional who excels in customer service, can juggle multiple projects, and is committed to excellence in client engagement. Acting as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase, you'll ensure a smooth transition to our system with your expertise in planning, coordination, and execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Consultation and Training: Directly engage with new clients to gather their needs and expectations, offering expert consulting on system optimization. Conduct training sessions for end-users on product functionalities.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage implementation projects efficiently, adhering to established protocols and timelines.
Database Development: Create customized databases for clients, ensuring system compatibility and resolving technical issues promptly.
Equipment Handling: Oversee equipment logistics to client sites and supervise the system installation process.
System Go-Live Support: Ensure a smooth transition during the system go-live phase, addressing any challenges proactively.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide immediate support post-implementation and coordinate with the support team for ongoing client assistance.
Qualifications
Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Relevant field or service industry experience preferred, with a strong background in project management and client-facing roles.
In-depth understanding of database development and system implementation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
Proficient in time management, prioritizing tasks, and problem-solving in a high-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
Additional Requirements
Weekend Work:
This position requires availability to work weekends as needed.
Travel:
Must be willing to travel to fulfill job duties and client needs.
Working Conditions
Extensive desk-based work involving prolonged periods using a computer and sitting for extended periods.
Frequent interaction with team members, management, agents, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and collaborations.
