The Training Specialist will be a proficient, adaptable, and engaging facilitator. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience developing and facilitating educational and practical trainings for large groups. Manufacturing experience not required, if the applicant illustrates transferable skills from current or past career path. Applicant must demonstrate ability to translate practical applications of theoretical constructs. Lastly, the application must possess strong effective communication skills evidenced by their ability to engage key stakeholders, connect with large training group, quickly establish rapport with learners, as well as the ability to maintain boundaries without compromising rapport.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and coordinate specialty training programsConceptualize, author, and maintain a robust catalogue of training PowerPoints (or comparable technology) and corresponding facilitators guidesConsult with subject matter experts to expand training programs to encompass all roles for all departments within the organizationCreate an immersive, engaging, and effective learning experience using a variety of teaching methodsDesign and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utilityDevelop feedback tools and processes to continuously improve the Tesla Training Experience at the facility based on trainee, manager, and quality inputRequirements
Degree in Psychology, STEM, or equivalent experience1-3 years of work experience designing, developing, and deploying educational content, continuous learning programs, and/or employee development programsStrong organizational skills to scope, design, develop, launch, and analyze the effectiveness of learning contentAbility to self-train on new products, procedures, and technologiesCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
