SUMMARY

The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the recruiting efforts, ensuring the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This role involves overseeing a team of recruiters, developing employer branding strategies, and ensuring the company attracts and hires top-tier talent across various roles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the company's growth and business objectives.Monitor market trends and industry best practices to continually improve recruiting processes.Create proposals based off trends and present to senior HR leadershipUtilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and create talent pipelines for critical positions.Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance the company's presence on job boards, social media, career fairs, and other recruitment platforms.Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice across multiple brands.Champion diversity and inclusion in the talent acquisition process and programs, ensuring a diverse talent pool for all positions.Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, schools, and associations.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors including contract negotiations and ensuring delivery of quality services to align with recruitment goals and strategy.Provide guidance and support to facilitate the professional growth and performance of the Talent Acquisition team.Protects the company's assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position supervises the Talent Acquisition team including the Senior Manager, Talent and Talent Acquisition Specialists, and the Campus Relations Manager and Specialist.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.10+ years of related experience; 3+ years of management experience.REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted basic accounting principles.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
