Clinical Home Manager Status: Non-ExemptReports to: Residential CoordinatorQualificationsMaster's Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, special education, or social work and One year of work experience with developmental disabilities.Must be at least 21 years oldValid Pennsylvania Driver's License with 3years driving experience and acceptable driving record as determined by Motor Vehicle Report and insurance guidelines.Essential Functions: Home Manager is responsible for the day to day, hands on operation of the community living home and the sound clinical and ethical habilitations of the individuals in their care.Leads a team of Direct Care Staff to develop and support positive relationships with each individual and staff.Develops, trains, distributes, Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSP), Functional Behavioral Assessments, restrictive procedure plans for use in the resident's home or vocational siteDevelops and implements ongoing behavioral health trainings for direct report staffMaintains clinical records and provides written Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSP), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and monthly clinical meeting summariesParticipates in ISP/IDT meetings, inter-agency meetings for the individuals assigned, school meetings, and assists with the development of outcomes and goalsReview and report on monthly data sets to monitor individual progress. Completes daily documentation of clinical responsibilities. Follow up and support of incidents. Including consultation, adjustments to PBSP, and processing with residential staff Provides direct care to support individuals in the completion of medical appointments, desired activities, and daily care.Schedules medical appointments for consumers and accompanies them as needed.Prepares weekly staff schedule.On - call status is necessary to ensure that the home is adequately staffed and responds to emergency situations as required. Provide necessary staffing coverage in program / home to maintain safety and welfare of individualsAssists with the development and implementation of structured activities for individuals.Ensures and supports a safe and home-like environment for individuals.Ensures adequate supervision and support is provided to individuals.Ensures the group home follows Beacon Keystone policies and procedures.Completes individual documentation within agency electronic record as required and ensures all staff do so as well.Ensures required documentation is completed to include but not limited to, employee time and attendance, individual daily attendance, daily progress notes, and individual financial reporting.Ensures the sound fiscal management of home and resident accounts in accordance with established guidelines, policy and proceduresEnsures that all Direct Care Staff are provided with and complete appropriate staff development training and evaluates the training needs of all Direct Care Staff assignedMaintains healthy working relationships with all internal and external entries. Other duties may be delegated to the Clinical Home Manager as deemed necessary under the guidance of the Program Leadership.#CHMN
