Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking for a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our client's legal team in handling state and federal litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings for their West Palm Beach, FL office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business litigation and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize legal documents and discovery materials.

- Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys.

- Coordinate and manage trial and hearing preparation, including witness interviews and document preparation.

- Attend trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings to provide support as needed.

- Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are progressing efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a focus on business litigation.

- Familiarity with state and federal court procedures.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification.

- Previous experience in business litigation is required.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and litigation support technology.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
