This strategic leader ensures data integrity, system maintenance, and efficient module planning. They collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits to implement talent-focused strategic programs. This position focuses on leveraging technology to enhance HR processes and drive business outcomes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with top management to align HR technology with organizational goalsStrategic planning, analyzing, and prioritizing of business requirements and HR technology deliveryDefine and modify business workflows to support changing business and compliance needsAnalyze data for the HR department, informing decisions, plans, and strategiesProactively identify and lead projects related to improving reporting, system efficiencies, and data usageEnsure the integrity of internal database files, tables, and reportsOversee ongoing system maintenance, data integrity, and confidentiality of the existing systems, HR data and reportsImplement new features and lead system configuration, testing, and trainingLead projects to set up and optimize systems for accurate and efficient end-user supportCollaborate with business units to ensure systems meet operational needsAudit and analyze data accuracy for better management of HR operationsEliminate administrative burdens by streamlining workflows and processesLead HR initiatives by consolidating data, performing in-depth analysis and interpretation/evaluation, summarizing results and key trends, updating materials, and preparing reportsDesign reporting tools based on HR metrics to report on key issues such as diversity, turnover and retentionDirect and guide the Human Resources Management team as they analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement system functionality in coordination with the HR, Benefits, Payroll, Accounting, IT and Operational teamsProvide consultative and proactive recommendations to process owners on new/improved features, lead configuration, testing, training and support of end users, when appropriateProvide direct support to, manages, trains and mentors assigned support staff with respect to HR activities (including transactions, system data entry and file maintenance, employee physical compliance, employment verification, unemployment compensation claims process, educational assistance programs), career development, workplace issue management and performance managementPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Information Technology preferred, or equivalent HRMS experiencePossession of HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRP-SCP, HRIP)Seven (7) years of progressively increasing experience with data and HRMS management, experience with large enterprise HR systems required (ADP, UKG, Dayforce)Experience in managing large scale HRIS implementations and upgradesFive (5) years of management experienceDeep understanding of key HR functions including Benefits, Compensation, Employee relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Time and SchedulingAbility to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProven ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational changeExperience monitoring and auditing HR processes for compliance with federal, state, local laws, and collective bargaining agreementsDemonstrated high attention to detailDemonstrated data analytic and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as ability to produce results independentlyMust possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; report-writer experience requiredExperience with HR Analytic tools such as PowerBI or TableauDemonstrated ability to analyze and improve work flows and processesDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a teamMust possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
