Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and grow the Remote Automation Solutions businessBe responsible for sales of full range Emerson Remote Automation Solutions products and services and peripheral components and services in our defined territoryIdentify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customer's business and establish a value proposition that results in salesProvide technical/sales support to all outside sales teamsAct as the representative for other Emerson entities identifying opportunities and introducing the appropriate resources necessary to complete the transactionRequirements

The Ideal Candidate:

Will possess a four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experienceWill possess at least 2 years of technical sales experience with knowledge/experience in prospecting new accounts and growing share within existing accountsUnderstands the technical and business challenges faced by this market and can develop solutionsMust be a team player able to work closely with Account Managers and other business unitsMust be able to entertain and manage key sales relationshipsMust be able to penetrate new accounts, develop solid territory business plans and cover territory dailyExperience with measurement and control fundamentals desiredExperience selling into in Oil & Gas and/or Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) markets a plusDemonstrates good mechanical and electronics aptitude and a strong work ethicExhibits strong presentation, consultative selling, interpersonal, account planning and communication skillsMust leverage account planning and time management to capture business, and engage area and corporate resourcesCore Competencies:
