DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our high-growth Skid Technologies business through an exciting chapter of scaling, process improvement, and capacity expansion. Located in Lawrence, PA, this role offers broad responsibilities, including sales, engineering, project management, customer experience, strategy, and manufacturing operations. Skid Technologies is a high-specification fabrication and engineering solutions business within ECI’s portfolio, focused on bringing to life critical equipment packages.Ideal Candidate:You are an ambitious self-starter who embraces the business challenges associated with driving accelerated growth of a multi-faceted manufacturing company. You are familiar with manufacturing operations and have a keen sense of prioritizing and deploying process improvement mechanisms that enable sustained growth and enhanced customer experience. You have a passion for driving engagement with a proven ability to listen, collaborate, and communicate with a large and growing team. You are financially savvy and can process large amounts of data to steer the business’ strategic direction and ensure proper investments are made to maintain prosperous growth for many years to come.Key Responsibilities:STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP OF SKID TECHNOLOGIES:
Develop and execute the business strategy to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and enhance competitive positioningCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyaltyOPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and effectiveness in all business and manufacturing processesTEAM DEVELOPMENT:
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementMARKET ANALYSIS:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive threats, adapting strategies accordinglyFINANCIAL OVERSIGHT:
Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial health and drive sustained and repeatable profitabilitySTAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:
Collaborate with Skid Technologies organization and ECI’s executive leadership to align business objectives and ensure effective communicationINNOVATION AND GROWTH:
Identify and implement innovative solutions and growth initiatives, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new product developmentPERFORMANCE MONITORING:
Establish KPIs to measure success and enable data-driven decision-making across the organizationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience; MBA preferred8+ years of combined management, manufacturing, and business leadership experienceProven ability to lead in a manufacturing environmentMust be able to demonstrate commitment to safety and qualityStrong financial acumen; preferred experience managing a P&LExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision makingRole is based in Lawrence, PA (near Pittsburgh) with relocation available if requiredCore Competencies:WORK COLLABORATIVELY:
