Position Description:
This position is responsible for strategic sales growth at Vivid Clear Rx; leveraging relationships with brokers, TPAs, captives & employer groups. The Regional Director will work to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, development, and collaboration with client services and business development staff. The position is 100% remote and requires travel.
Primary Responsibilities:Develop new business relationships or utilize existing relationships to identify potential sales opportunities.Regularly contact high-volume, high-potential, and/or vulnerable accounts throughout assigned territory to establish strong relationships with key-accounts.Contribute to the strategic plan for the company, including short-term and long-term objectives.Collaborate with the Operations team, driving responses to received RFP's and capabilities presentations to grow and maintain market shareAssist with the development of forecasts and revenue streamsParticipate at events, conferences and trade shows.Proactively build client pipeline reporting and tracking to keep management informedProfessional Competencies:
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytic skillsAbility to think strategically and develop solutions to complex problemsBroad understanding of pharmacy benefits industry and associated financial and service impactStrong oral, written, and interpersonal skills; Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookAttention to detail with emphasis on organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendorsRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of pharmacy insurance experience preferredPrevious broker/consultant/pharmacy experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of the healthcare industryHIPAA trained and /or the ability to work with and protect extremely confidential patient and employee information.Ability to travel as needed.Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalentPhysical Requirements:
In an 8 hour day the employee may be asked to lift/carry 20lbs.In an 8 hour day the employee may stand/walk approximately 1 hour.In an 8 hour day the employee sits approximately 7 hours.
