We are seeking a dynamic Director Of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and transportation sales. Duties:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present and demonstrate our transportation management solutions to clients.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or transportation sales.
Strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight, and supply chain processes.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$52,000 per year plus 5% of new client billing.
Location:
Company office is in Elkhorn, NE.
