PURPOSE:Position is responsible for the management of all aspects of sales and customer satisfaction including company profitably at the top line (net margin before manufacturing variances) as it relates to the sale of forgings to domestic accounts. The position will train under the Manager of Sales in order to grow to be the Manager of Sales.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Manages a contract administration team responsible for all business at commercial sales accounts.Position is responsible for account profit margin, delivery integrity, customer satisfaction, sales and margin forecast, and must be capable of managing all administrative functions related to customer satisfaction from order entry to delivery of finished product.Incumbent is expected to be very knowledgeable of the market and be able to make contacts and build relationships which will lead to future sales.Position is responsible for negotiating all contracts and approving all quotations issued by the managed area.Incumbent directs and coordinates efforts of outside field reps to attain new business objectives and build business with existing customers.This position is critical to achieving business objectives for sales revenue and profit margins.REQUIREMENTS:Four year college degree in Business, Engineering or relevant degree fields.Senior level Sales, customer service, contract administration or purchasing agent experience.5+ years of related experience in Aerospace, Energy, or Military market sales experience.Thorough knowledge of mechanical engineering, forging and/or machining.Computer skills to include MRP systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.SPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge of Grafton and Dillion plantsCommunication and interpersonal skills to interface with professional staff and WG management.Willing to travel up to 30% of the time if neededStrong communication skills.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
