As a

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

you'll support the preparation & consolidation of monthly reporting packages including management presentations, key performance indicators, forecasts & variance analysis.

What you'll do:

Partner cross-functionally/site business units to generate more accurate financial and business reporting (i.e. site and platform level reporting) and to understand drivers vs. prior forecast, plan, and prior yearCoordinate with Scottsdale leadership team as needed to align with FP&A directives/initiativesSupport the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processAssist with FP&A integration activities related to acquisitionsSupport the ongoing data requests of the CFO, VP FP&A, and sector CFOsChampion continuous improvement & efficiencies in financial planning and analysis activities; partner with site business units to implement process improvement initiativesEnsure business KPIs (sector scorecard) and data are accurate and effectively distributed to key stakeholdersOversee the management reporting structure in the Company's Oracle ERP (Financial Statement Generation - FSG)Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.High school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance3+ years of experience in FP&A with proven ability to communicate results to senior executives in a timely manner1+ years of financial leadership at the management levelAdvanced analytical & financial modeling skillsHigh degree of proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPointDetail-oriented with strong organization skills & ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate responsibilities in an effective & efficient mannerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and develop ad hoc, unstructured analysisPreferred Characteristics:

MBA preferred, but not requiredCPA designation preferred but not requiredAerospace finance experience, preferably with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO), or associated vendor/suppler to the aerospace industry preferred but not required.Intermediate experience with PowerBI or TableauBenefits that make life better:
