Position Overview:In partnership with the Creative Director - Special Projects, support and oversee a team of digital designers, collaborate with copywriters, producers, cross functional internal and external groups -- to concept and create impactful content and activations for maximum engagement and growth on Tiffany digital platforms. This includes planning creative strategy with a digital first mind set, creating a holistic digital creative that can be dispersed into various mediums and translating brand vision into compelling brand experiences across all touch points of the client journey and experience on .com. This includes creation of videos, animations, digital banners, custom paid content advertising and email marketing.Key Accountabilities:Provide creative guidance and product photographic art direction, video/animation and retouching, including manage, standardize and regulate the cross functional Brand Style Guideline to ensure the content is consistently relevant and on-brand. Storyboard for animation and social layouts with a keen sense of typography.Ensure high standards and quality assurance across inhouse product, SIO, in-situ and e-commerce photography and retouching. Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work designed and executed is consistent and cohesive across all channels. This includes supervision of retouching and day-to-day creative review and approvals on local and regional adaptions, ensure all assets distributed are fully aligned with final creative delivery.Set and communicate clear and challenging goals, aligned to deliver an elevated and luxury feel. Reset expectations with individuals and teams as it relates to building a high performance culture. Discuss team progress monthly/quarterly, while celebrating achievements, communicating shifting priorities, and reinforcing performance expectations.Create an inclusive culture that inspires all team members by demonstrating that you value all forms of diversity while cultivating a strong sense of team.Keep abreast of latest technologies and trends and sharing across the teamRequired Qualifications:BA in Graphic Design or related field5+ years luxury brand experienceProven ability to work cross-functionally with creative standardsDemonstrated ability to deliver art direction aligned with luxury standardsStrategic thinking and strong storytelling skills with the ability to deliver from concept, art direction to final design Expert graphic design and typography skillsWorking knowledge of industry talent; photographers, illustrators, etc.Excellent Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator skillsSelf-motivated, resourceful and detail-orientedMultitasking and prioritizing with ease in a fast-paced, dynamic deadline-driven environmentContributes to a positive, collaborative work environmentThe hiring range for this position ranges from $117,810 - $166,320. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
