Responsible for coordinating and implementing activities to attain strategic objectives within the department and looks to his or her direct supervisor or other peers for guidance. In addition, the Director Supply Chain is able to establish goals and objectives, supervise work practices for direct reports, interpret and execute policies and procedures that typically affect organizational units. At the senior level, this position requires extensive independent judgment, ability to interact with senior leadership, plan and execute site strategy aligned to GRAM's vison and objectives. This is not a remote role.Non-Negotiable Requirements:Bachelor's degree relative to role with over 10 years' experience providing strategic and operational leadership in a customer driven planning and logistics environment.Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (CDMO preferred) experience is needed, with SLT responsibility.Managing Supply Chain in an ERP environment, system implementation experience is needed.Significant experience managing people and process, providing both tactical and strategic leadership to the organization.Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Preferred Requirements:Master's Degree relative to role.Prior CDMO experience preferredResponsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Develop and execute site Supply Chain strategy aligned with Business, Operations and Quality Strategy.Manage Commercial supply agreements, ensure highest level of service levels and timely batch release.Intervene and resolve current / upcoming servicing issues through strong cross functional processes.Implement and manage the planning and release function to ensure optimal processing of customer orders.Work closely with operations and quality to develop production/laboratory capacity plans and strategies for the medium and long term.Negotiate and manage supply agreements and co-ordinate Supply Chain related items with customers.As the interface with the customer and Operations Team, actively contribute to the development and implementation of logistics and planning strategy.Full job description available during formal interview process.What Sets GRAM Apart from Other Employers:MEDICAL BENEFITS starting day 1:
