Overview of this Position:
Assists with the planning, scheduling, and management of commercial production and associated activities to meet customer product forecasts and production orders. The Commercial Account Manager is detail oriented and has excellent organizational, communication and management skills to coordinate with the entire team and customers. Assists with the scheduling commercial production and release of product to meet customer product demands.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Biochemistry, or other Life Sciences or related field
Training or education in project management or equivalent knowledge and experience.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years related work experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical production supply chain or account management position.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook PowerPoint, and/or other relevant Project Management software.
Availability to flex schedule to host customers while onsite.
Preferred Requirements:
Familiarity with project management and supply chain activities, timelines, tools, and software.
Prior experience in a customer service type of role.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Act as a liaison for the project management team in daily batch release meetings.
Track, trend, and present key performance manufacturing indicators to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and facilitate status meetings with the project team.
Provide timely meeting agendas and minutes to all stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between customers and team members.
Communicate commercial forecast in a timely manner.
Request forecasts and purchase orders and ensure production scheduling meets the forecasts and purchase orders.
Track batch progress through production to full release.
Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Provide timely meeting agendas and minutes to all stakeholders.
Communicate relevant project information to sponsors.
