You'll be on the front end of working for an innovative community bank with commercial lending, a mortgage lending leader, and a digital deposit bank covering over 40 states.What you'll do:Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need to be able to:Use your strong financial acumen to provide suggestions and solutions to our clients and prospective customers while focusing on the client's financial goals.You'll work with our internal teams, including but not limited to Treasury and Credit Underwriting, to determine the creditworthiness of applicants and potential borrowers.You'll originate (including negotiation with client, loan approval, legal documentation and closing) the loan when deemed applicants are creditworthy.Demonstrate strong customer service through attentiveness, listening and connecting with customers, and processing transactions quickly and accurately while providing a positive banking environment.Cultivate prospects through client referrals, networking, social media, sales calls, and participation in professional organizations, social contacts, and relationships built in the community.Manage, maintain, and review client portfolios as necessary to monitor risk and success.

Responsible for assembling financial information and coordinating the generation of complete loan packages for approval presentation.

Act in accordance with all required banking and regulatory requirements.

What you need to be successful:5+ years of commercial lending experience within C&I, community, and middle-market.Formal credit training is preferred.Strong attention to detailStrong Customer service skillsMust be a self-starter and able to demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsQuick learner and adaptableExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsEffective oral and written communication skillsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field preferred.
