Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the OPERATIONS TRAINING & EXCERCISES DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time. Responsibilities You will influence others to accept overall program objectives. You will monitor and review work conducted by a civilian or military workforce to achieve programmatic strategic objectives for a mission. You will brief senior leaders on program accomplishments and progress made towards meeting goals. You will compose program plans for organizational direction and guidance (e.g., planning, training, funds, schedules, requirements). You will manage project resources (e.g., research and development, integration, testing, production, installation) for a program. You will create written reports to disseminate program information across multiple professions, programs, or organizations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing program requirements and effectiveness for the Training and Exercises Program; 2) Providing program management for the development, execution and assessment of shore force; 3) Developing, executing and assessing shore force integrated training, plans, and exercises, policies, administration and programs for the command; 4) Providing program direction, including providing authoritative guidance and direction; 5) Maintaining a sound and viable Ashore Assessments, Operational Training and Exercise program. **NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
