Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
Follow up with all previous day's leads
Create customer contact notes in CRM.
Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference
Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business
Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales
Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.
Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional work ethic.
Customer service skills.
Good time management skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
