An established law firm is recruiting a Real Estate Attorney to join its Investment Funds Group. This full-time role involves managing real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. The position is suited for professionals with at least three years of experience in real estate law, who possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.Location
Duties
Oversee and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.Conduct research to support investment funds operations and ensure compliance.Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.Produce high-quality work within established deadlines.Foster positive work relationships within the team and with clients.Participate in virtual meetings and other work-related tasks as required.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and influence others.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Active law license in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills
