This role entails managing a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Duties
Oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents pertaining to real estate investments.Conduct research to support compliance and operations within the investment funds group.Communicate effectively with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.Ensure accurate and high-quality work within established deadlines.Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues and clients.Participate in virtual meetings and other required tasks.Perform additional duties as necessary to support the role’s objectives.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to influence and build professional relationships.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.Skills
