This full-time role involves handling real estate transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in real estate law, along with strong analytical skills, business judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous.Location

Oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.Conduct research to support the firm's investment funds operations and ensure compliance.Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.Deliver accurate, high-quality work within set deadlines.Foster positive relationships with team members and clients.Participate in meetings and virtual tasks as required.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to influence and build professional relationships.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
