A distinguished law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its Investment Funds Group. This full-time role involves managing real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in real estate law and strong analytical skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential, and familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.Location

Oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.Conduct thorough research to support compliance and operational needs in the investment funds group.Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.Produce timely, high-quality work and ensure accuracy in deliverables.Build and maintain positive relationships within the team and with clients.Participate in virtual meetings and adapt to a hybrid work environment.Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the objectives of the position.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Familiarity with securities offerings is an advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to influence and build professional relationships.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction.Skills
