The ideal candidate will have expertise in consumer financial regulations, particularly those concerning payments and credit products at both state and federal levels, as well as laws on unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices. Exceptional communication skills and a solid commitment to client service are essential. Experience with emerging platforms, FinTech, mortgage lenders/services, cryptocurrency, and other digital assets is a plus.
