Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm located in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding corporate and securities practice. The ideal candidate will bring a deep knowledge of corporate law and securities, providing high-level counsel on a variety of complex legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, entity structuring, and commercial contracts.
