$20-$23 per hourSchedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:Assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community.Process rental applications and lease agreements.Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and transactions.Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new tenants.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus.Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwarePay Details:
$20.00 to $23.00 per hour
