Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMJob Description:LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our client's team in Tigard, OR. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to Real Estate or Property Management, excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:Assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community.Process rental applications and lease agreements.Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and transactions.Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new tenants.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus.Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwareBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
