The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is excited to offer a competitive opportunity to serve as a Senior Business Analyst. The selected competitive candidate will provide exceptional delivery of services to the agency's Information Management Division.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

This position requires analytical skills, problem solving skills, ability to learn and understand a variety of business processes, ability to communicate and collaborate with technical staff and business users.

This position will perform Analysis, Requirements Definition, and Testing for a variety of Oracle applications within the Information Management Development Unit.

Minimum Qualifications

Competitive candidates will meet these minimum qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Apex applications and workflows.

Experience with SDLC using Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.

Experience with gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating UAT testing and defect tracking.

Experience with writing and executing SQL statements for data analysis and testing.

Experience creating User Manuals, training materials and other documentation using Microsoft Suite.

Knowledge/Experience interpretation and application of federal, state laws/regulations.

Experience in meeting deadlines.

Experience with internal/external stakeholders.

Ability to analyze and document the impacts of system changes.

Experience developing test cases and performing SIT testing.

Additional Considerations

Competitive candidates should meet these additional considerations:

Knowledge of Accounting Practices and Procedures.

Experience as a develop.

Experience with Oracle E Business Suite, Forms and Reports.

Experience with the review of audit logs.
