Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Position SummaryThe Senior Analyst Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) Systems is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the M&E system from the business end by troubleshooting and resolving related issues, revising processes within the modules, testing system upgrades and enhancements, classifying resolutions in the IT Ticket System, and providing training.Diagnose and replicate M&E system issuesEscalate unresolved issues to the M&E admin after successful duplicationReview and revise processes within to improve efficiency and effectivenessDocument process changes and ensure alignment with organizational standardsConduct thorough testing for system upgrades, bug fixes, configuration changes, and enhancementsEnsure all changes are tested and validated before deployment to the production environmentAccurately classify all resolutions taken to resolve issues in the IT Ticket SystemMaintain detailed records of issues and resolutions to facilitate future troubleshooting and knowledge-sharingSupport training to end-users on new features, system changes, and best practicesDevelop and update training materials and documentsKnowledge of JetBlue’s Safety Management System (SMS), Safety Policy, Security Policy and behavioral standardsTake a significant role in the development of the work group’s standard practicesOther duties as assignedMinimum Experience and QualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) DiplomaThree (3) years of related work experienceExperience in computer software and Microsoft Office suiteAble to work flexible hoursComfortable with changing priorities on short noticeMust be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) BadgeAvailable for occasional overnight travel (10%)Must pass a pre-employment drug testMust be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is locatedAuthorization to work in the US is required.
