Manage and advise clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitionsProvide legal counsel on corporate governance, structuring, and compliance matters for privately held mid-market businessesCollaborate with attorneys across various practice areas to provide holistic legal solutions to clientsCultivate and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with business owners and executivesDevelop and grow your client base through participation in the firm's business development program and marketing initiativesRequirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on transactions and governanceStrong entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to grow your client base and expand your practiceProven ability to manage sophisticated corporate matters for mid-market businessesExceptional negotiation, communication, and legal drafting skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentEducation:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:
Active license to practice law in North CarolinaSkills:
