The ideal candidate brings substantial experience, particularly in handling writs of mandate and land use litigation, and is prepared to independently manage complex cases. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team focused on delivering impactful legal solutions for a range of clients.Duties:Handle litigation cases related to writs of mandate, municipal civil matters, and land use.Conduct depositions, draft dispositive motions, and perform court filings.Collaborate with other team members on case strategy and client objectives.Participate actively in case management and procedural motions.Perform legal research and analysis on complex issues relevant to public and private sectors.Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience.Demonstrated expertise in writs of mandate, municipal litigation, and land use litigation.Experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and independently handling cases.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active admission to the California State Bar.Skills:Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Capability to manage and organize case documents and schedules.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.Job Location:
