Litigation Paralegal

Our client, an Atlanta based construction law boutique, has an immediate need for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their firm.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Conduct legal research on construction law matters, including regulations, case law, and precedents.Manage case files, including electronic document management using legal software.Assist in trial and deposition preparation, including preparing exhibits and organizing witness materials.Draft correspondence and communications with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials.Ensure compliance with deadlines for court filings and discovery requests.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in construction law.Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology.Proficiency with legal software such as Clio, LexisNexis, WestLaw, or similar tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A BS, Associates Degree, or paralegal certification preferred.Familiarity with e-filing systems and online legal research databases.This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy working on a hybrid basis in a specialty firm offering a refreshing lack of big firm bureaucracy.For immediate consideration please
