About Your Work
As the Clinic Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with Brown & Toland Health ("BTHealth") leadership to oversee practice and clinical operations for BTHealth practices. You will be responsible for direct oversight of practice support staff and ensuring the clinical team is well supported. The Supervisor, Practice Operations may support one or multiple practice sites. This role also supports the Manager, Practice Operations as organizational needs arise.
Location will be in a San Francisco clinic: M-F / 8am - 5pm
You will focus on: Providing oversight of practice administrative and clinical operations to support practice's mission statement, goals and objectives In collaboration with Manager, Practice Operations, responsible for staffing, performance reviews and disciplinary action for staff and day to day operations of the practice Driving patient centric culture within the practice Ensuring clinicians have the support they need to provide safe and effective patient care; troubleshoots and removes barriers, whenever possible Collaborates with leadership team should performance or behavior issues arise with clinicians to best serve the needs of the practice Responsible for overseeing practice performance metrics and collaborating with BTHealth leadership to achieve practice goals, including financial performance, appointment volume and quality metrics Ensuring staff and clinicians have the tools and training they need to effectively use the Electronic Health Record ("EHR") Oversee ordering of office and medical supplies, vaccines and any necessary equipment; collaborates with accounting to ensure all invoices are reviewed and submitted timely Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of practice policies and procedures The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in practice management/operations 5 years of experience in physician practice or healthcare-related field, experience in people management preferred EMR experience - EPIC preferred You Share our Mission & Values

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Physical Requirements: Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
