Job Summary:

OEG is looking for a

HR Recruiter

to be the leader of our Finance team. The

Recruiter

will be responsible for finding the best talent for the company, and managing the hiring and onboarding process. Additionally, the

Recruiter

will collaborate with different departments to support strategic decision-making in positions.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Identifying Talent:

Using online channels, job boards, and social media to find potential candidates

-Designing job descriptions:

Creating and updating job descriptions to attract candidates

-Advertising job openings:

Posting job openings on the company's website, social media, and job boards

-Screening applications:

Reviewing resumes and application forms

-Interviewing candidates:

Conducting interviews in person, by phone, or via video

-Evaluating candidates:

Preparing and administering tests, and evaluating candidates based on their skills

-Providing shortlists:

Creating lists of qualified candidates for hiring managers

-Making offers:

sending job offer emails and answering questions about benefits and compensation

-Onboarding new hires:

Helping new hires get onboarded and acting as a consultant to them

-Monitoring metrics:

Tracking key HR metrics like time to fill to time to hire

-Collaborating with managers:

Working with managers to identify future hiring needs

-Building employer brand:

Finding and hiring the right candidate to build a strong employer brand

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Education:

HR Associates, Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience

-Experience:

in the service, Construction, Landscape industries is highly desirable. Must be bilingual in English & Spanish

-Software Proficient

in Google suites, Microsoft, Excel, Word

-Work Ethic & Attitude:

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and approach to overcoming challenges. Excellent analytical, proven-solving skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities. Job 100% onsite. Monday to Friday.
