Plant Manager - Commercial Laundry Linen Service

Seeking experienced Plant Manager candidates for great opportunity with growing private company. Plant/Production manager experience is required. Commercial laundry/linen service experience highly preferred. Client is seeking a Plant Manager be responsible for the decision making, direction and coordination of the efficient processing of all linen products including production planning and control, engineering production inspection, plant maintenance, purchasing and inventory control.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for managing plant safety, operation, costs and budgeting.Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and engineering (maintenance) to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.Manage and supervise department managers (production managers). This includes hiring and training of direct management reports, providing direction and guidance, coaching and guidance.Analyze and recommend plans for improvement - assess and recommend equipment improvements, methods and process improvements.Provide plant and processing ideas, insights and expertise for the strategic and annual planning process.Ensure high performance in efficiency, accuracy and quality in all plant departments.RequirementsEducation and Experience:3+ years of plant management experience with strong leadership, team building and communication skills in a manufacturing or production environment.Industry experience is preferred.
