Senior Lease Documentation Specialist

is responsible for preparing and managing lease agreements to facilitate equipment leasing transactions. This role involves creating schedules, issuing equipment orders, coordinating document signatures with clients, and collaborating with lending partners to secure funding. Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, excel under pressure, and ideally have a background in equipment leasing or financial services.Core ResponsibilitiesDraft and review leasing agreements and documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.Prepare, issue, and track equipment orders with vendors.Oversee and manage timelines for equipment delivery and communicate updates to clients.Ensure all leasing documents are complete, accurate, and prepared on schedule.Maintain organized records of both active and archived leases.Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone and email, delivering clear and accurate information.Facilitate clear and effective communication across internal teams.Collaborate with the End of Lease team and other departments to maintain accurate records.Interact with and update the Salesforce platform to maintain consistent documentation.Perform additional responsibilities as required.Qualifications & ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in creating contracts and managing documents for equipment leasing within a leasing company or financial institution.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.Knowledge of relevant laws and best practices in financial services and client data management.Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of financial concepts, including Present Value, Future Value, and Time Value of Money, with the ability to apply them effectively in lease documentation.Preferred Candidate Traits5+ years of experience specifically in equipment leasing.

Property management leasing may not fully align with this role; some complex real estate contract experience might be applicable.Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong multitasking skills.Demonstrates a quick learning ability, results-driven attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and discretion in all work.Exhibits diplomacy, tact, and professionalism, especially in challenging situations.Works effectively with varying workloads and changing priorities.Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a collaborative team approach.

Compensation:$80,000-$110,000 per year
