Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in a temporary to hire role at our client East of Pittsburgh. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to various aspects of human resources management while providing exceptional customer service to our internal clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle recruitment management: Job posting, Resume screening, Interview coordinationEmployee lifecycle management: Onboarding and offboarding processes, Performance management, Goal setting supportBenefits administration: Program management, Employee inquiry resolutionHR record keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, Update HR databasesCompliance and policy management: Develop and implement HR policies, Ensure compliance with employment laws, Provide HR guidance to employees and managersEmployee engagement: Contribute to company culture programs, Support internal communication initiativesReporting and analytics: Prepare HR reports, Support data-driven HR decision making
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist rolesStrong knowledge of: HR practices, Employment laws and regulationsExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service-oriented mindsetAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in: HRIS, Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and multitasking abilities
PreferredSHRM-CP or PHR certificationPayroll processing experience helpfulDiverse industry HR experienceCorporate service center background
