Role Specific Accountabilities:Reporting to the Director, Cloud Foundation Platforms, this role is a key member of a high performance, agile and fun Cloud team to develop and engineer the firm’s Cloud Foundation product (the firm’s AWS cloud native platform).Lead the continuous development and improvement of Cloud Foundation product capabilities, cost optimization, reliability, security posture and user experience.Partner with team members and other teams to define, design and implement AWS best practices, IAM policies, Key/Secret management, security guardrails, cloud security tools.Develop Terraform templates for various AWS services and patterns aligning to the firm’s cloud standards.Partner with team members to build and migrate to new version of Cloud Foundation CI/CD platform, maintain and improve AWS account factory, EC2/Container image factory.Advocate and drive adoption of cloud and DevOps culture, present in various internal forums and sessions on product releases, best practices, and provide consulting, guidance and implementation assistance to users/application teams.Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Data Engineering teams to develop patterns and accelerators for onboarding applications and enhancement to Cloud Foundation.Partner with Operations team to provide operational transition and support any escalations.Provide strong influence and contribute to the firm’s Cloud Community of Practice and Knowledge Advantage programs.Qualifications
