What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead client deployments, managing project schedules and conducting regular client status callsConfigure software for clients based on their marketing requirements and program designsCommunicate risks associated with implementation projects and work proactively to mitigate themManage Salesforce data related to launch projects, including expected Launch DatesBuild relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations and collaborate with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities1-3 years of technical client-facing experienceDetail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solvingBachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the computer and/or IT industryProficiency with Microsoft Windows applications and IT networking experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in the restaurant industry and/or familiarity with point-of-sale systemsKnowledge of software development and testing processesAccount management experience with customersStrong experience with Financial Force, SmartSheet, or MS Project applications
