Founded in 1852 in Auburn, NY, we have a long history of delivering high-quality and innovative services to individuals, children, youth, and families. We are responsive to the diverse needs of those we serve and staff, and are committed to ensuring that everyone feels respected, valued, and has a sense of belonging.About the Program and Position:Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) department is focused on and dedicated to Cayuga Centers being an agency that represents an expanse of identities, is equity-centered, welcoming, and inclusive, and where everyone is valued, engaged, respected, and proud to work.The Senior Director, DEIB plays a key role in advancing the vision for and commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, accessibility, and justice as well as conceptualizing, planning, shaping, and implementing DEIB initiatives agency-wide.The position will be based in New York City with required travel to other agency locations.How you get to use your skills…Supervise and work closely with a teamBuild and cultivate positive relationships and effective collaborations with program and department staff, and leadership across the agencyDevelop, plan, and implement DEIB-focused strategiesIdentify, collect, analyze, and report on DEIB metrics and outcome and impact measuresCo-chair and serve as a member of the DEIB CouncilIntegrate best practices and approaches to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, justice, and accessibility in the workplace and beyondSchedule: ExemptRegular hours entail Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm, business hours; must be flexible to meet program needs.In-person, in office, Monday - Friday. Travel outside of work hours to various hubs.Experience and Skills:
