One position will be based in New York City, and one position in Miami Lakes, FL with occasional travel to other agency locations.How you get to use your skills:Cultivate positive relationships and effective collaborations with staff across the agency.Develop, plan, and implement staff engagement activities.Create DEIB-focused content for DEIB SharePoint page and other internal media.Support and serve as a member of the DEIB Council.Research best practices and approaches to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, justice, and accessibility in the workplace and beyond.Schedule: Non-ExemptRegular hours entail Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm; must be flexible to meet program needs.In-person, in office, Monday - Friday.Travel outside of work hours to various hubs.Experience and Skills:
