The role emphasizes both technical expertise and strong client relationships.Duties:Collaborate directly with clients to develop and execute personalized estate plans, from basic to high-end scenarios.Simplify and clearly explain legal concepts, ensuring clients fully grasp their options and decisions.Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and other related instruments.Provide counsel on complex legal matters such as asset protection, charitable giving, and family business succession.Stay updated on changes in estate tax laws, trust regulations, and financial trends, particularly those impacting high-net-worth clients.Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships, acting as their key advisor throughout the planning process.Assist clients in aligning estate plans with their long-term goals, family dynamics, and legacy intentions.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership with the California State Bar.At least 2 years of experience in estate planning, demonstrating a history of drafting and executing plans.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal matters to clients in an understandable way.Professionalism and attention to detail in every aspect of the legal process.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active California State Bar membership is required.Skills:Strong interpersonal and client management skills.Ability to explain complex legal matters in simple terms.Knowledge of current estate tax laws and trust regulations.Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.Job Location:Napa, CA
