Adult Services Manager

OverviewNorthPoint has been providing health care and human services in North Minneapolis for over 50 years. Our mission is to create a healthier community utilizing three pillars as the foundation for serving the community: Whole-Person Integrated Care, Building Community Well-Being, and Health Equity.Position:Working in Human Services, the Adult Services Manager will provide strategic managerial leadership, both internally and externally, that integrates programs and services within other areas of the organization. The Manager will collaborate with others who lead processes around systems design, development, and implementation of a holistic integration service delivery model across campus that builds on relationships, works closely with peers, and ensures a whole-person integrated care model.The Adult Services Manager will be responsible for the management, leadership, and operations of the Adult Services Program.
