OverviewNorthPoint has been providing health care and human services in North Minneapolis for over 50 years. Our mission is to create a healthier community utilizing three pillars as the foundation for serving the community: Whole-Person Integrated Care, Building Community Well-Being, and Health Equity.Position:Working in Human Services, the Adult Services Manager will provide strategic managerial leadership, both internally and externally, that integrates programs and services within other areas of the organization. The Manager will collaborate with others who lead processes around systems design, development, and implementation of a holistic integration service delivery model across campus that builds on relationships, works closely with peers, and ensures a whole-person integrated care model.The Adult Services Manager will be responsible for the management, leadership, and operations of the Adult Services Program. The Manager will provide supervision and leadership to 5-7 direct reports in the areas of case management, housing services, violence prevention, programs and resources for African American Men, and Gang Violence Intervention Services.Successful Candidate Traits and Skills:Strong affinity for the mission, vision, and values of the organization.An advocate who believes there is a need to address and support a continuum of social and health services that offer whole-person, integrated services and result in the reduction of social, economic, and health inequities.A champion of diversity and inclusion who embraces cultural differences while honoring everyone's dignity, thought process, and contributions.A clear communicator who builds and earns trust across all levels of the organization.Understands how to lead in an unselfish manner, focusing on the people who make it all work.Ability to foster leadership in many forms, including coaching, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field required. Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a closely related field preferred.Four to five years of progressive managerial and supervisory experience within a health and/or human services setting.Two to four years of experience designing and implementing culturally based program and service responses to individuals from marginalized communities.Two or more years of experience in providing program and contract management.Benefits and Perks:Our workforce reflects the community we serve, and we work hard to embrace diversity, inclusion, and equity.
